Cheltenham Racecourse Write-Up:


Tommy and The Fuse have become one of the most in-demand 'event' bands in the south-west after enjoying years of gigging internationally, supporting chart acts and rocking celebrity weddings. Between the four band members, their musical history includes work alongside Elton John, Jools Holland, Cheryl Cole, Ricky Gervais, Lionel Richie and recording at Abbey Road.  Their set lists are as varied as their tastes, and when they’re not creating their own tunes, they’re putting their own spin on hundreds of classic tracks by the likes of Madness, The Black Eyed Peas, The Killers, Ed Sheeran, Rudimental, Maroon 5, Queen and Bruno Mars. In short; they play "whatever it takes to help a few thousand people jump up and down"!

What do we do?


We are a group of full-time musicians who have been playing professionally for over 20 years. We provide live music at all kinds of events, all over the country. We aim to make the experience of booking live entertainment as enjoyable and straight forward for the client as possible. We regulary work as a four piece, but can also perform as solo, duo, trio and larger line-up options depending on your budget, requirements and availability.

What can we provide?


  • PA system for up to 400 people (although larger crowds are easily catered for too).

  • Band and dance floor area professional lighting.

  • Use of radio mic for speeches.

  • All entertainment. The band are happy to provide up to 120 minutes of live music, with DJ/Background music either side the of live music sets. Essentially, we can sort the whole evenings entertainment if required.

  • For larger-size events, we can provide an expanded band line-up, including additional vocalists and brass players, for both afternoon and evening functions.

  • We reqularly work alongside other reputable suppliers within the corporate events field. From event planning to corporate catering, large PA and lighting specialists, marquee hire and stage hire - just ask and we may be able to point you in the right direction.


What music will we play?


We will gladly look over any request lists and try to add any favourites to either the live set or DJ sets to tailor the evening to your tastes. A current cover set list of the live material can be found on this site!


Do we carry appropriate certificates and insurance?


We carry full public liability insurance for up to £10,000,000 and up-to-date safety certificates required by most venues. We are also members of Musicians Union for legal advice and guidelines on our trading standards and risk assessments.


How do we confirm your booking?


To begin the booking process, we require your home or business address so we can create your booking invoice. We will then email your booking invoice to you, including deposit payment details and terms and conditions for your peace of mind. Once we receive your 50% deposit we will then be confirmed, fully committed and legally bound to your event on the agreed date. We will send you a confirmation of payment received for your records.


How and when do we require payment?


We initially require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to your event. Internet bank transfer for both payments is preferable.
